India Equity Strategy

The strategy seeks long-term capital growth through investments in Indian equities and related investments across the breadth of India’s economy.

Philosophy

The investment philosophy is based on the belief that the emerging nature of the Indian economy and companies creates many inefficiencies that can be exploited through fundamental analysis, including the analysis of sustainability factors, and the team seeks to capitalize on these inefficiencies by investing in companies with attractive growth prospects that aren’t fully reflected in their market prices. The team also seeks to invest in companies that possess recognized catalysts and sustainable competitive advantages yet are trading at inexpensive valuations relative to their growth rates.
