Cooper Heilman

Cooper supports the management of timberland client portfolios. He is responsible for analyzing investment performance drivers, evaluating acquisition and disposition opportunities, preparing client portfolio reviews and financial reports, assisting with the development and implementation of acquisition funding strategies, monitoring global timber and timberland markets, and reviewing property budgets and long-term management plans. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a senior operations specialist at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co, managing equity and fixed income trades for institutional clients, and conducting research projects related to the onboarding of new clients.  He has passed Level I of the CFA® program and holds the CFA® Certificate in ESG Investing.
