Heitor Gastaldi

Heitor leads the timberland acquisitions program throughout South America, including identification, outreach, due diligence, investment analysis, negotiations, transaction management to closing, and supporting property management implementation. Previously, he worked at Brookfield Asset Management. He served as VP of Timberland M&A in Brazil and was responsible for valuation, due diligence, investment analysis, negotiations, transaction management to closing, investment performance review and business integration after closing. Previously, he was head of financial planning and analysis and investor relations at Nova Transportadora do Sudeste-NTS, a natural gas pipeline transportation company controlled by Brookfield, where he was responsible for business planning, financial performance, valuation, investor relations and attendance to CVM (Brazilian SEC equivalent) regulatory obligations.
