Biography

Price supports the management of timberland client portfolios. He is responsible for analyzing investment performance drivers, evaluating acquisition and disposition opportunities, preparing client portfolio reviews and financial reports, assisting with the development and implementation of acquisition funding strategies, monitoring global timber and timberland markets, and reviewing property budgets and long-term management plans. Previously, he served as a resource planning analyst where he developed and maintained comprehensive property management plans for client timberland properties and provided support for tactical planning in collaboration with operations to ensure harvest scheduling, budgeting, and harvest plan execution decision support. Prior to joining the firm, he held positions with Weyerhaeuser/Plum Creek as a harvest manager and resource forester, managing timber harvest operations in South Carolina.
