Richard Wolfe

Richard supports the management of timberland client portfolios. He is responsible for analyzing investment performance drivers, evaluating acquisition and disposition opportunities, preparing client portfolio reviews and financial reports, assisting with the development and implementation of acquisition funding strategies, monitoring global timber and timberland markets, and reviewing property budgets and long-term management plans. Prior to joining the firm, Richard was an equity research analyst at CFRA Research, covering publicly traded companies within the chemicals, fertilizers, and building products industries. Additionally, Richard previously served in the U.S. Army as a military intelligence officer. He passed Level III of the CFA® program in May 2021.
