Biography

Robert is responsible for timberland operations on investor-owned properties in New Zealand and Australia. Prior to joining the firm, Robert served as the CEO of Kaingaroa Timberlands (KT), a 494,211 acre (~200,000 hectares) softwood plantation located in New Zealand’s Central North Island. Previously, Robert served as the director of sales, contracts, and planning and ultimately as the CEO for VicForests, a state-owned business in Victoria, Australia. Robert also has experience as a general manager at Snavely Forest Products. Robert is a member of the Institute of Directors New Zealand, and the Institute of Foresters.  Robert has served as a member of the Board Finance Committee at the Royal Childrens Hospital in Melbourne, Australia, and he has also served on the Board of the NZ Forest Levy Trust, on the Ministerial Advisory Group, and on the Executive Council of the NZ Forest Owners Association.
