Adam Figura

Adam is responsible for the diligence and execution of the firm’s venture capital investments. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a growth equity investment analyst at Georgian Partners, where his responsibilities included evaluation and execution of growth-stage B2B software as a service (SaaS) investments. Before that, Adam worked as an artificial intelligence strategy consultant at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), where he advised internal teams on their advanced analytics strategy and provided recommendations to senior leadership for improvement across the bank. Before joining CIBC, Adam was at TD Innovation Lab as a business analyst, where he facilitated design thinking and ideation workshops for senior leadership, identifying and solving issues TD business lines were facing.
