Jay Tailor, CFA, CPA, CA

Jay is responsible for supporting transaction underwriting, analysis, and portfolio monitoring across private equity and junior credit investments. Prior to joining the firm, he was with KPMG Corporate Finance, where he provided mergers and acquisitions advisory in the mid-market across a broad range of industries. He began his career with Deloitte, providing assurance advisory services for manufacturing clients. Jay holds the Chartered Financial Analyst,  Chartered Professional Accountant, and Chartered Accountant designations.
