Shannon Falkenberg

Shannon is responsible for supporting the underwriting, analysis, and review of portfolio accounts for the senior credit business. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for KPMG within the Financial Due Diligence practice where her responsibilities included preparing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence reports for private equity clients. She performed detailed financial statement analysis on target company data to identify historical and projected trends, drafted quality of earnings analyses and net working capital considerations, and highlighted debt like items for potential investors. Shannon holds the Certified Public Accountant designation.
