What’s happening
We’re renewing our Simplified Prospectus for Manulife Mutual Funds and Manulife Private Investment Pools. The renewal includes risk rating changes as listed below.

Why we’re making these changes
We review our risk ratings annually to determine how our mutual funds fit within the current spectrum of risk rating classifications defined by the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA). These changes are a result of the firm’s review process and are not the result of any changes to the investment objectives, strategies, or portfolio management of the funds.
Effective date
The risk rating changes are effective on or about August 2, 2022.
What you need to do
We'll update the Fund Facts and Fund Profiles as of the effective date above. Please discard any copies printed or ordered before then.
